General Questions

Can I purchase products for personal use?

We do not sell directly to consumers. Please visit our Authorized Dealers page to find an authorized Zenport dealer online, or contact us to find a local dealer.

How long will it take my order to ship?

We typically ship orders within 1 business day. Orders placed prior to 11am PST may ship the same day, but it is not guaranteed. If you require rush shipping, please contact us.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, for standard accounts we offer free shipping on orders over $995 to the continental United States. Hawaii and Alaska are excluded.

The free shipping cutoff for Canada is $2,100.

How do I become a Zenport partner?

To apply to become a Zenport partner and open a wholesale account, please fill out our Dealer Application Form. We will typically review your application within 1 business day.

Where can I find information on your product warranty?

Please visit our Product Warranty page to view warranty information, or to register your product.

Can you send me my invoice?

Thanks to our new payment system, all of your invoices are now available in your Zenport Account which you can find here.

What are your best-selling products?

Our store defaults to sorting by our best-selling products. The products at the top of your store are our best-sellers!

If you want to know what products sell best in your particular region, please contact us and speak to one of our knowledgeable salespeople.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We have no minimum order quantity. You can even order single items if you'd like to see the quality before buying larger amounts.

Do you offer discounted prices?

We do offer discounted pricing for buyers purchasing box or case quantities. Box/Case quantity varies per item - view the corresponding item page to see the box and case pricing.

Can you send me your wholesale pricelist?

If you'd like to see our wholesale pricelist prior to applying to be a partner, please send us an email and we'd be happy to assist. You may also browse our entire catalog on our website.
