Zenport is dependable and trustworthy, and we expect the same from our customers. Zenport warranties products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. 1-Year Limited Warranty on our products (non-commercial use). We do not cover normal wear and tear, lost or stripped parts, product modification or damage due to misuse.

This warranty does not cover commercial use, loss, or damage due to rust, modification, abuse, mishandling, or normal wear. The life of a tool is determined by the frequency and manner of use.

Zenport limits this warranty to repair or replacement upon return of the defective item to Zenport Industries. Zenport will repair any item that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. If a defective item cannot be repaired, Zenport will replace it.

For consumers, all warranty issues are handled through the dealer the item was purchased from with the exception of electronic tools such as battery-powered pruners. Please contact Zenport at the above email directly if you have a Zenport electronic tool.
