Orders of $995 or more at standard pricing will be shipped freight prepaid to any retail store with a commercially zoned address in the Continental United States which means the Lower 48 States & D.C.

Note that Alaska, Hawaii, or any other territories are not included in the free shipping program. 

Free shipping threshold to Canada is $2100 for orders at standard pricing. The free freight threshold for any orders receiving quantity discounts will be $1800 customers in the Pacific and Mountain time zones, and $2100 for customers in Central and Eastern Time Zones.

Claims for overages, shortages or damanged goods for freight collection shipments must be filed by the customer with the delivering carrier and must be reported to Zenport Industries immediately.

Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery and must be supported by a copy of the signed delivery sheet with overages / shortages notes.

You may accept damaged material and note its condition on ALL copies of the delivery receipt bearing the driver's signature.
