Returns must be authorized by Zenport Industries and require an RGA number before credit will be issued. An RGA number may be obtained by fax at 1-866-365-9685 or fill out the Return Request form. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returned goods must be current models of cataloged items and are subject to a 15% handling charge.
Returned goods must be shipped freight prepaid.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
